The basics of Precious Metal Clay
(PMC) of fabrication, firing and finishing plus students will draw, sculpt, texture, carve and flush set at least one fireable
faceted gemstone in dry or wet clay.Attention to findngs,
ie. cones, bails, etc., appropriate to the intended use of the final piece. Tools to complete project are provided. Students
are welcome to bring their own favorite tools. All
skill levels welcome.Knowledge of ceramic clay construction
helpful.
End of session class discussion and students critique their work.
